General Manager - Finance Control - Automotive - CA/ICWA

Roles:

- To manage end-to-end financial and accounts operations ensuring high operational efficiency and effectiveness at the corporate level and coordinate with Plant Finance Heads

- To ensure effective funds management for timely and adequate availability of funds to meet organizational requirements.

Responsibilities : 

- Ensure adherence to the department budget

- Provide timely and accurate cash/ funding requirement forecasts to the HOD to enable timely disbursements

- Oversee timely invoicing and payment of vendor/ supplier bills and employee salaries across the organization.

- Manage periodic and year-end financial closing process for Organisation, across Plants and ensure that the periodic account closing activities are done on a timely and accurate basis at the Plant as well as the Corporate Level

- Oversee and guide timely consolidation of financial statements from Plants and preparation of financial statements for the organization according to general accounting standards, statutory norms and time lines established to meet all internal and external reporting requirements

- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to achieve optimum cash flow and maintain optimum working capital ratio

- Monitor accounting activities for the corporate Office including payables and receivables, maintenance of books of accounts, timely preparation of financial statements etc.

- Monitor fund positions and review bank reconciliation statements for all bank accounts in the organization on a regular basis

- Ensure effective cash flow management for Plant operations; manage transfer of funds as per requirement

- Drive implementation of Financial Management Systems in coordination with the IT department and ensure that all relevant financial data/ reports are prepared and updated in standardized formats

Required Candidate profile: 

- Qualified CA- Must ( Preferred- CS, ICWA)

- B COM- Must

- SAP (FICO)- Must

- Multi Unit handling Experience- Must

- Corporate Finance Experience- Must

- Age- Not more than 48 Years
