General Manager - Finance - CA

- Chartered Accountant with functional experience in entire gamut of Finance, Accounts Taxation function, having 8-12 years of strong experience, for a strong brand name, having large turnover. client is a listed entity

- Role would be responsible for managing Financial Reporting, Auditing, Business Partnering, FP&A

- Reports to CFO and lead a team of 7-8 people

- Monitor financial health of the company with respect to budget, forecasting, working capital management.

- Present regular fiscal reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statement to the board.

- Leading external and Internal Audit and ensuring timely closures

- Setting up of processes to improve operational efficiency & clearing bottlenecks to reduce timelines.

- Partnering effectively with management and divisional heads & assisting them with their financial and business planning.

- Overseeing short-term & long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with strategic plan.

- Collaborating effectively with multitude of external and internal stakeholders
