General Manager - Finance - CA (6-10 yrs)
- To Controls the Financial Activity of the company.
- Manage and controls the company's Financial health.
- Manage the Statutory and regulatory Compliances, Audits and Treasury Functions.
- Co-ordinating with the members of the Board of directors and other stakeholders.
- Preparation of statutory audit reports.
- Filing private equity and hedge fund statements on a regular basis.
Requirement -
- The Ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant.
- Should have 6-10 years of Experience in a large MNC.
- US- GAAP Experience is a must
