General Manager - Finance - BPO - CA

We are seeking a seasoned General Manager - Finance to lead the financial strategy, planning, compliance, and operations for our domestic BPO division. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and proven experience in a BPO or shared services setup.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

- Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to business leaders.

- Drive cost optimization initiatives.

2. Accounting & Compliance:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions including AP/AR, general ledger, and reconciliations.

- Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financials.

- Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, PF/ESIC, Income Tax, etc.

3. Strategic Finance:

- Partner with senior leadership to shape financial strategy for business growth and profitability.

- Assess and mitigate financial risks.

- Support pricing decisions and commercial evaluations for client contracts.

4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management:

- Manage cash flows, working capital, and banking relationships.

- Monitor fund requirements and plan optimal utilization of financial resources.

5. Audit & Controls:

- Liaise with internal and external auditors.

- Strengthen internal financial controls and governance processes.

- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.

6. Team Management:

- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.

- Foster a performance-driven, compliant, and process-oriented culture.

Key Requirements:

- Education: CA

- Experience: 5 to 6 years in finance roles, with in a leadership position in a BPO/KPO/shared services environment.

- Technical Skills: ERP (SAP/Oracle), MS Excel, MIS reporting, Indian GAAP, GST/TDS knowledge.

- Soft Skills: Leadership, analytical thinking, attention to detail, strong communication.

Preferred:

- Experience in managing financial operations of multi-location/domestic BPO centers.

- Exposure to automation/digitization of finance processes.

- Hands-on approach with a strategic mindset.
