General Manager - Finance - BFSI

- Financial management and Mobilization & Syndication of funds.

- Conducting Financial and economic viability studies for products and projects including Cost Analysis and Management. Actively participating in IBU's Strategies & Perspective Planning process

- Preparing for and participating in the reviews of various Performance cells of the Independent Business Unit (IBU) and reviews of IBU for its global operations with the Chairman and the Corporate Center (Comprising Board Members).

- Financial Accounting and preparation of Financial Statements in accordance with the statutory requirements.

- Business Planning and Budgeting with special emphasis on MIS.

- Designing financial and accounting systems and policy framework for effective management of funds and internal controls.

- Handling of Statutory Direct and Indirect Taxation.

- Ensuring automated availability of accurate, integrated enterprise-wide financial information
