Position: General Manager - Finance & Accounts

Salary range - 25 - 30 LPA

Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

Experience: Minimum of 25+ years of experience, Retired persons also considered.

Position Summary:

The General Manager - Finance & Commercial is responsible for managing all financial and commercial operations to ensure the company's financial health, regulatory compliance, and efficient commercial activities.

This role includes overseeing regular accounting functions such as preparing consolidated financial statements, managing banking and treasury operations, handling direct and indirect taxes, MIS, legal matters, contracts, and ensuring statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate will lead these functional teams and act as a key business partner to the leadership.

- Minimum of 25+ years of experience, with a proven track record of managing and leading teams.

- Experience in manufacturing companies is essential.
