GM - Finance and Accounts

REPORTING To: Dy. CFO

Candidate Profile:

- CA with 15 years post qualification experience in MNC or listed large corporate; experience of working on ERP systems; M&A Accounting will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Shall be responsible for deliver Timely and accurately Financial Reporting as per the accounting standards (IND-AS/IFRS) and regulatory requirements,

- Develop accounting policies, Guide on technical accounting matters, manage Audits (Internal /Statutory/Group),

- Maintain a robust internal control environment (IFC/SoX), monitor month end close and accounting in SAP S/4 HANA and manage team.
