General Manager - Finance & Accounts - Retail (7-15 yrs)

The incumbent would be responsible for handling day to day accounting & financial activity for our client who is in the business of Luxurious Mall development across India.

The detailed job description is as below:

(I) ACCOUNTS

1. Looking in to Day-to-Day Accounting.

2. Authorization of Entries done by Subordinates.

3. Bill Authorization for Finished Goods, RMPM & Fixed Assets.

4. Scrutiny of General Ledgers.

5. Scrutiny of Credit Notes issued to Stockiest on all India basis.

6. Coordination with Regional Accountants for any Accounting issues.

7. Conducting Internal Audits for Credit Notes passed at Zonal Offices.

(II) M. I. S

1. Preparation of Monthly & Quarterly MIS / Accounts.(P/L account, Balance Sheet, Cash flow statements)

2. Reports on Sales - Brand wise, Category wise.

3. Presentation for Monthly Working Board meetings.

4. Monitoring Debtors Ageing & reporting on Overdue Accounts on Monthly basis.

5. Monthly Report on Credit Notes for various Secondary Schemes and their utilization against the Budget.

6. Monthly Report on Dockets Utilization against the Budget allocated and Deviations, if any.

(III) AUDIT & TAXATION

1. Preparation of Final Accounts along with Notes under Revised Schedule VI.

2. Preparing Quarterly Accounts and getting Limited Review done by Auditors.

3. Variance analysis.

4. Liasioning with Auditors for all their requirements & resolving the queries.

5. Monitoring of Statutory Payments all India basis.
