General Manager - Finance & Accounts - Real Estate

Immediately looking for General Manager - Finance & Accounts to be based in Bangalore for a diversified business group with interest ranging from Real Estate to Internet, Hotels to Billboard and Water to Financial Services. The Group has over 1000 employees..

Job Responsibilities:

- He will be over all responsible for managing finance, accounts, taxation, fund raising etc for the entire group.

- All the finance department of each entity will report to him and he will be Head of Finance for the entire group.

Desired Profile:

- CA with over 15 years of experience

- Should have worked in a company of Turn Over minimum 500 crores

- Understanding of current ROC issues

- Understanding of structuring

- Taxation Understanding

- Fundraising experience
