General Manager - Finance & Accounts - Real Estate (15-18 yrs)
1. Controllership: Accounting, reporting, and upgrading internal controls, systems and processes.
2. Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Closing books and accounts, finalisation of balance sheet and annual reports as per Ind-AS.
3. Regulatory Compliance: Comprehend and act on the compliance specific to Real Estate Industry
4. Taxation: Work closely with internal direct tax and indirect tax function of the company to ensure tax compliance and benefit claims via various channels. It includes pro-actively ensuring organisational preparedness for tax assessments and audits
5. Alignment with businesses for catering to their financial requirements (Working capital Management)
6. Identify and evaluate opportunities to further growth of the organisation both from a top-line and bottom-line perspective
7. Audits: Oversee statutory and internal audits
8. MIS & Business planning: Provide the quality accounting data in time-bound manner to FP&A function which own the entire financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and project controls for the pan-India operations of the organisation
9. Ensure accounts support to treasury, cash flow and fundraising team in a seamless manner
10. Banking and Banking relations: Dealing with banks for operational matters and managing relations with banks.
Who are we looking for?
Functional & Technical expertise :
- Excellent knowledge of accounting standards (Ind-As)
- Accounts consolidation (including subsidiaries)
- Preparation of standalone financials, financial analysis
- SAP FICO, MS Office
- Team Management 10 15 team members
Personal Attributes :
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Ability to inspire team members to work collaboratively, overcome challenges & deliver results
- Has the resilience to deliver against the odds, and can be trusted to act with integrity
