General Manager - Finance & Accounts - Marketplace

We are Currently Looking Candidates For India's leading Marketplace for the position of, "General Manager - Finance and Accounts".

Job Description:

- Responsible for the process creation of the Finance and Accounting Team.

- Planning for team growth and working on searching and recruitment of the team as per necessity in consultation with the upper management.

- Working towards keeping the team motivated to achieve strategic goals of the company.

- Coordinating with upper management for strategising the growth of the company from your vertical's perspective.

- To monitor and supervise all the functions related to Finance and Accounts of the company and to provide support to all functions to Business.

- Accounting Function consisting of control & management of books of accounts; budget preparation, submission and enforcing budgetary control system in place; coordination with internal, external and statutory auditors for conducting various audits and initiating necessary actions based on audit observations; Analysing cash flows, and recommending cost control methods; handling accounting aspects for all projects; and compliance of company accounts and TDS provisions.

- To assess the viability of the projects in terms of profitability, return on capital invested and ability to repay the financial obligation

- Arrangement of fund for working capital, coordinating with Banks or MFI's for disbursement of loan and reduction of interest cost/charge, doing monthly fund.

- Planning, day to day monitoring & transfer of funds.

- Preparation & submission of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Balance Sheets and P&L Account and statement of affairs to the management for approval & publication.

- Preparation, Implementation and Monitoring for all internal financial controls including budgetary controls of allocated business.

- Preparation of F&A MIS with Analysis.

- Adherence to all applicable statutory and regulatory compliance

- Should be Familiar with MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, Tally, Quickbooks

- Good communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi. Having fluency in one additional regional language will be an added plus.

Location: Noida, NCR

Salary: INR 6,00,000 - INR 7,20,000 per annum + INR 4,00,000 worth ESOPs on the current company valuation

Preferred Experience: 4-8 years in handling Finance and Accounting 

Preferred Qualifications: MBA in Finance/CA/CFA. Bachelors in Finance/ Accounting/ Bachelor of Commerce will be an additional advantage
