Position Name : Finance & Accounts (GM)

Location : Mumbai

Exp : 18+ years

Qualification : CA must + other qualification is an advantage

- Must have team handling experience

- JD as given below along with detailed role to be performed

Description of Activity :

1. Finalization of statutory accounts

2. Regular closing of books

3. Statutory Audit completion

4. preparation of annual financial statements.

Internal Audit :

1. Defining scope

2. Co-ordination with Auditors for completion of audit.

3. Implementation of recommendations.

Monthly MIS :

1. Monthly Cost Sheet

2. Fund planning

3. Invoice wise profitability

4. State-Wise profitability upto GM2 level

Credit Controls - Debtors outstanding :

1. Regular reporting of weekly data in prescribed formats

2. Co-ordinate with Sales Co-ordinators and state sales head for collection plan.

3 Necessary escalations and ensure timely collections.

4. Reduction in DSO.

5. Closely monitoring of long overdue outstanding, ensure corrective actions and legal cases.

Schemes / sales incentive /Udaan / all sales discount analysis :

1. Understanding the policy document.

2. Evaluate various schemes and discounts vis a vis sales price realization and profitability as per budget.

3. Cost benefit analysis of schemes and discount in case going beyond budget and necessary co-ordination for recoupment.

4. Checking the qualification criterion between policy and actual achievement.

IT Automation :

1. Budget structuring in ERP

2. Payment gateway

3. Auto credit notes from system based on customer target setting in ERP and pricing for finance and credit note.

4. Implementation of authorisation matrix.
