General Manager - Finance & Accounts - Infra/Construction/Oil & Gas/EPC (15-25 yrs)
- Co-ordinate with finance teams and their auditors of all subsidiaries, JVs & Associates and ensure closure of their books, audit and timely receipt of their financials for consolidation
- Ensure timely completion of consolidated accounts, review the same for errors and completeness
- Co-ordinate with group Auditors for completion of audit
- Keep track of new developments in Accounting / compliance areas and advice consolidation / sector teams on the impact and way forward
- Identify potential accounting & audit issues through continuous interaction / monitoring across sectors and advice / conclude on possible solutions
- Identify process improvement areas and support concerned teams on implementing the same
- Interaction with external agencies like CA Institute, Industry work groups, etc., and contribute / participate in developing policy, guidelines, etc.,
