Reporting to the Board the GM Finance/Accounts will be responsible for the administrative, financial and risk management operations of all group companies. In addition, the incumbent will also contribute to the development of the organizations financial & operational strategy, KPIs and the ongoing development and monitoring of the financial system. 1) Manage the company's financial planning 2) Plan & perform risk management analystics 3) Analyse & manage the organizations liabilities and investments 4) Manage fundraising plans & capital structure 5) Determine finance KPIs 6) Track and esnure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable 7) Supervise finance personnel such as controllers, financial advisors, treasurers 8) Manage and retain relationships with various vendor partners 9) Prepare current reports 10) Prepare and present forecasting reports 11) Adhere to the law & company's policies. Desired Candidate : 1) CA / MBA (Finance) with minimum 10+ years of work experience. 2) A hard core Finance/Commercial professional preferably from FMCG/Food/ Telecom industry 3) Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, project management, team work and communication skills. 4) Strong business acumen & understanding of operational issues. 5) Extremely detail oriented 6) Ability to exercise good judgement, show initiative and be proactive 7) High standards of ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information
