General Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA - Infrastructure Service Provider (15-20 yrs)
CFO - CA - INFRASTRUCTURE Industry (15-20 yrs) - Male candidate only.
(FREQUENT TRAVEL TO SITES REQUIRED)
Education : CA (additional qualification of CS, ICWA, LLB etc. an advantage)
Reporting to : DIRECTOR of the group, based out of MUMBAI.
Our client is a leading ISO certified, Infrastructure Service provider. The current turnover of the group is around 500 crores.
Our client is looking for a Seasoned Finance Professional with 15+ Years Post qualification experience preferably in Infrastructure industry Sector, strong in Financial Management and Sourcing of Bank Finance; self motivated and performance driven with exposure to Commercial and Legal.
He should have :
- Extensive experience of Fund raising through Debts, Equity, Quasi Equity, NCDs, ECB
- Detailed exposure to Finalization of Accounts, Taxation, setting Controls, Working Capital Management
- Deep understanding and Management of Overall Operations & Relationship Management
- Skilled in Strategic planning & development of organizations fiscal function & performance
- In depth knowledge of evaluating Project feasibility & Profitability, M&A etc.
- Instrumental in Strategy and Execution of Inorganic/ Organic growth plans for the group, both at Global and Domestic front, from adjacent market and new age business opportunities.
- Responsible for articulating and fine-tuning corporate strategy, leading execution of transactions.
- Analyse business performance/ existing projects to provide suitable recommendations to the directrors and the board and ensure execution of new initiatives.
- Responsible for fund raising initiatives at Domestic & Global organisational front, exploring traditional and new structures of capital raising for financing inorganic growth.
- Working directly with Investors for capital raising and intermediaries including Investment banks, tax and legal advisors, Trustees, Regulators etc to ensure smooth implementation of strategies.
- Leading the Investor relations and management.
- Analyze and Formulate Business Strategies for sustained Value creation.
- Business Strategies include but not limited to New Business / Greenfield Ventures, Strategic Investments, M&A opportunities, JVs/ Alliances, Product Segment Selection, Market Entry/ Development etc.
- Assisting the Strategic Planning Cell in Customer Value Enhancement and use Industry/ Market Intelligence for identifying Profitable Customer Segments and New Product Opportunities. Business Scenario Planning based on Environment Scans,
- Preparing & validating business plans, identification of areas of change and transformation, finalizing & implementing operating & financial models.
- Advising the CMD on the Business Plan, Capital Structure, Pricing and Timing for accessing capital markets to achieve their objective of growth and building shareholder value.
