General Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA/ICWA (15-20 yrs)
Job role :
- Incumbent will be managing end to end F&A operations which includes R2R, P2P, O2C, P&L management, month end closing, reporting etc.,
- Will be managing a team of 300+ FTEs and will be interacting with high end stakeholders.
- Will be involved in managing process re-engineering initiatives, transition and transformation activities as well.
Desired skill set;-
- Should be qualified CA / ICWA with 11+yrs of PQE in end to end F&A Ops
- Should be managing a team of minimum 170+ FTEs.
- Should be willing to work with US shifts.
- Should possess excellent comm skills and having exposure in Transformation, business improvement, transition etc.,
