General Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA

We are looking for Qualified CA having Experience of 12-15 years (Post Qualification) for Kanpur.

Profile : GM - Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities :

- Providing Strategic Leadership to Accounts & Finance function of the group.

- As the Head of Finance, Accounts and Audit of all Units of the company, he shall be responsible for the consolidation of Budget, Taxation, Cost audits, Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), Goods and Service Tax (GST) returns, assessments and statutory compliances including company Law.

- Responsible for all aspects of Direct and Indirect Taxation of the group including Tax planning, assessments, etc

- Provides direction and directives to the departmental team members in their duties, establishing work priorities and achieving management objectives.

- Provide accurate financial insights to help make better decisions about formulating and executing strategy, and provide guidance and analysis to executive and operational management to improve results.

- Ensure Good Working Relationship With Suppliers, Consultants, Statutory And Internal Auditors, Government Authorities Like Excise, Service Tax, Reserve Bank Of India, Customs, Etc.
