General Manager - Finance & Accounts - Auto/FMCG/FMCD (15-20 yrs)
1. Own, supervise and ensure proper and accurate books of accounts with timely financial reporting of entity and produce complete financial statements every month in complete adherence of applicable IndAS accounting standards and Listing regulations. Administer a robust process for seamless, timely and prompt closure of books every month end.
2. Develop and present monthly financial hygiene monitoring MIS, review with CFO and track actions with respective cross functional process owners every month.
3. Compliance of all SEBI regulations and company law.
4. Conduct and timely completion of Quarterly Limited reviews, Annual Statutory audits, Tax audits / TP audits, Internal Audits and Cost audits, enable approval by Board and Shareholders. Co-own the Annual Report for specific sections pertaining the financial results and financial inputs.
5. Constant supervision, guidance and review of transaction processing cell for proper and timely booking of all liabilities, receivables, claims, establish strict internal financial controls, take cognizance of internal audit findings and ensure maintenance of and improvement of agreed service levels.
6. Supervise a strict credit management of channel partners, prompt accounting and settlement of all claims, efficient collection management.
