Job Description :

- To lead the unit by example through effective and meaningful communication with guests, peers and subordinates

- To ensure that food and beverage standards are executed and followed

- To support the marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and sales strategy

- Look at F&B concepts, culinary events etc catering tot he Luxury segment

- Would be responsible for managing

Candidate Profile : 

- Should have handled a luxury F&B department for a Hotel

- Experience of 8-15 year

- Proven track record of successfully running operations
