Job title - General Manager - F&A
Job role - Role incumbent will be responsible for managing end to end Finance operations which includes R2R, P2P, O2C along with managing transformation and transition of the process as well.
Will be handling a large team being responsible for their functional and administrative deliverables and interacting with senior stakeholders for the purpose of driving P&L for the said accounts.
Desired skill set:-
- Should be from global environment having 14+yrs of work experience all 3 towers of F&A operations along with having strong expertise in managing P&L globally.
- Should have handled minimum of 100+ team members being majorily responsible for productivity, attrition and performance management.
- Should be open to work with shifts.
