About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B General Manager to lead city-wide operations for a premium coffee chain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across multiple stores, driving sales growth, managing new store openings, and optimizing customer experience and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Collaborate with store managers to consistently grow per-store sales and identify revenue enhancement opportunities.
- Operational Excellence: Enforce adherence to operational SOPs across all stores to maintain high standards and consistency.
- Audit Management: Lead store audit processes and ensure top-tier scores for compliance, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- P&L Management: Take ownership of city-level Profit & Loss performance, focusing on cost control and profitability.
- Zomato Ratings: Monitor and enhance Zomato and online review scores by ensuring excellent service and product quality.
- Customer Satisfaction: Improve in-store experiences and address feedback to raise customer satisfaction metrics.
- Maintenance & Repairs: Set up an efficient, cost-effective system for resolving maintenance issues during and post store setup.
- Process Optimization: Drive innovation by introducing improved systems for kiosk operations, storage efficiency, and throughput.
- Team Staffing & Training: Ensure kiosks are fully staffed with well-trained teams capable of delivering consistent service excellence.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in managing multi-store or city-wide F&B or retail operations.
- Strong command over P&L management and cost efficiency strategies.
- Familiarity with audit procedures and compliance with operational SOPs.
- Hands-on experience with new store openings (NSOs) and launch execution.
- Proven ability to implement operational innovations and system improvements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
