The role : We're seeking an extremely ambitious partner to our CEO. The General Manager will play a critical role in the strategic development and prioritization of the company and be in charge of personal and professional execution of the Chief of Staff's daily operations. This includes everything from writing investor updates, to building and designing power point decks, to conducting basic data analysis in excel. The skills : - The General Manager will be someone with a strong background in business. - The General Manager will be extremely autonomous with strong experience in managing projects, process improvement or project management. - The General Manager will be a strong people person and communicator, both orally and verbally. - The General Manager should have a bias towards delegation. The better you delegate, the faster we'll move. - This means spending your defining, outlining and planning strategic initiatives and then recruiting the right talent to help you execute against those initiatives. - You'll be finding subject matter experts and interview contractors to build business cases, defining OKRs, writing up project plans and making sure timelines are reached.
