Business Development Role:
- Study of upcoming projects, tracking of competitor information, promotion of business, visiting potential clients, making strategic alliances etc in that country
- Develop Relationship with Customers / Stakeholders / Funding Agencies / Embassies / Federation & MEA
- Identify Business Opportunities for funded contracts ( LOC / BC-NEIA) with Utilities
- Closely Monitor and Understand Competition
Project Execution Role:
- Monitor and review project progress and ensure project completion in time and within budgeted cost
- Allocate and optimize resources among the projects in the country/ region
- Supervise project activities from strategic perspective
- Focus on stakeholder management and devise a business strategy for cost control and profit improvement
- Apprise HO in various strategic issues in the region
- Decide on the margin to be quoted for projects based on regional dynamics
- Interact seamlessly with clients, international authorities, and local authorities, and utilities, suppliers to get new and repeated orders
- Plan and forecast project budget and human resource requirements for all projects of that country
- Implement engineering systems and controls in compliance with Health,
Safety & Quality regulations :
- Liable for negotiating and resolving issues related to taxation/ banking/ emigration & local laws
- Support Tendering team with construction cost inputs and other insights on competition
People Management :
- Capability Building - Execution / BD/ Teambuilding
- Promote & monitor various HR initiatives in the region
- Foster the culture of Diversity & Inclusion, Quality & Safety
- Espousing Organizational Values, Vision, Culture
