About the Role:


- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Sales professional to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.


- The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies, building high-performing teams, and cultivating strong client relationships.


- This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.


- The Senior Sales profile will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a team of sales executives, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting key sectors, companies, and decision-makers.

- Lead the sales team in executing outreach, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.

- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to sales executives to enhance their performance and skills.

- Monitor team performance and ensure alignment with overall sales objectives.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to foster long-term partnerships.

- Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Market Research & Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.

- Analyze sales data and market conditions to refine sales strategies and approaches.

- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on market opportunities and challenges.

Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

- Prepare and present regular sales reports, including pipeline updates, sales performance, and revenue forecasts.

- Monitor key sales metrics and KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.

- Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to align sales forecasts with business planning.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:

- Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Coordinate with the marketing team on lead generation campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

- Collaborate with the product team to provide customer feedback and insights for product development.

Contract Management:

- Oversee the preparation and negotiation of sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

- Manage contract renewals, extensions, and upsell opportunities to maximize revenue.
