There are 2000+ Mentors from 5000 + brands across 250+ career fields with it's Platform to benefit SMEs & Large Enterprise & Employees to perform better by seeking guidance from the Mentor. Position - GM - Enterprise Sales Location - Gurgaon Experience - 15 to 20 years of experience CTC - 25 to 30 Lakhs Work Experience - A dynamic sales professional with 15-20 years of work experience of B2B corporate sales, dealing with CHRO's preferably - HR SaaS Tech sales. Job brief: Looking for a candidate to contribute & generate business for the company & facilitate the growth of the company for the Corporate Sales vertical. The key responsibility will be to reach out to the CEO, CHRO, and L&D heads of the companies & sell the SaaS-based Mentoring solutions. Candidate must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills to develop & get business from corporate connections. Must be comfortable traveling & presenting the solutions, and services over the phone & e-mail as well as dealing with heads of different organizations. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in Revenue & grow business Responsibilities: - Introduce the SaaS platform to fortune 1000 companies & their HR & L&D across India. - Create & find tie-up opportunities with corporates for mentoring solutions. - Find & reach out to the decision makers within the corporates to sell the corporate solutions. - Understand and close long-term sales deals/ contracts. - Go the "extra mile" to meet sales & revenue targets and facilitate future sales pipeline. - Relationship Management: Develop and manage the relationship with senior management through email, telephonic, or face-to-face conversations & meetings. - Develop the pipeline & create a cycle of business coming into the company. Requirements: - Proven sales experience in the edtech/ corporate tech industry selling to CHROs. - Maintain good relations with clients & ability to describe/explain the product. - Create & develop new business through existing contacts & build new clients. - Good knowledge of relevant computer programs e-mails/software/Ms excel/proficient in social media usage and telephone systems. - Excellent spoken & written knowledge of English with great communication and interpersonal presentable skills. - Outstanding sales & negotiation skills
