General Manager - Employer Branding - Real Estate/FMCG/Construction (10-15 yrs)

GM - Employer Branding


Key Responsibilities :

- Generate creative and impactful employer branding initiatives, ensuring the message is aligned with company's talent attraction and retention strategy.

- Develop and create content for Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and various new-age channels including blogs, digital content, video projects for candidate distribution channels etc.

- Manage our presence at talent events, business forums and conference sponsorships. Organize presentations of our speakers at online and offline conferences.

- Strategic use of existing and new technology platforms for increased brand content delivery and collect KPIs and ROI metrics. Monitor and report on key employer brand metrics with clear impact quarterly and annually.

- Support other key employer branding activities to differentiate us, such as developing best practices at campus, competitions and recruitment marketing campaigns.

- Internally, you will work closely with our Corporate Communications team and colleagues from the HR team.

- Externally, you will network and collaborate with communications and media professionals.

Skills & competencies :

- Think out-of-the-box, test boundaries, and ask thought-provoking questions to build appropriate strategies that align with business and talent objectives

- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, while being nimble and flexible to change

- Strong critical thinking and an ability to analyze ROI

- Strong creative writing skills (written and spoken English) with strong design sensibility and presentation skills

- Experience in providing training to senior leaders on employment marketing/branding externally

Practice: 10+ years of experience in a similar role, driving a well-known and appreciated employer brand
