General Manager - eCommerce
- Lead customer service & Technology.
- Build overall ecommerce/digital strategy to drive the brand presence and conversions through the online channels.
- Strategize to build & grow business exponentially in the short & long term on ecommerce platform by driving key e-commerce/digital fundamentals.
- End to end responsibility of revenue and P&L for online presence from- website, ecommerce to digital marketing.
- Develop & execute strategies for full price sell thru.
- To increase customer lifetime value by-
- Developing unique (with Brand guidelines) product and service assortment.
- Driving traffic from Retail to Online and vice versa to increase loyalty and frequency of purchase to increase customer lifetime value.
- Drive traffic, conversions and shopper engagement/experience initiatives to enable sustainable business growth on e-commerce.
- Drive loyalty & retention of customers.
- Track, review and drive category-wise growths.
- Drive content creation within the organization & retail stores.
- Partner with peers, esp., Retail, Brand & Brand Experience to deliver a holistic digital Brand Experience.
