General Manager/Director - Presales - Lifesciences Domain - ITeS (10-15 yrs)
Leading ITES company, ranked No in India have very large outsource operations in Life sciences domain requires urgently Strong Pre sales Professionals to Head the Pre sales and business Development Function based in Mumbai.
General Management / Business Development Responsibilities:
- Assists in general business development activities and RFP proposal preparation
- Assist in development of policies (SOPs/SWIs/SWPs), as applicable, for all aspects of Regulatory affairs
- Recommend an organization structure for Regulatory Affairs and a road map for building that organization - along with identifying/hiring the specific skills/capabilities
- Assist in development of business development collaterals
- Assists in general business development activities and RFP proposal preparation
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to identify, build capabilities/operational readiness, drive operational excellence for growth of life science services capabilities
Experience
- 10 years relevant to solutioning life sciences/consulting/IT/BPS
- Prior experience in bid management & Proposal support with Large Deal Closures
