General Manager - Direct & Indirect Procurement - Manufacturing

The candidate will Head the Procurement function for a big Manufacturing company, role based in Gurgaon.

- Looking for candidates Deft in Complete Budgeting- Procurement- Commissioning Cycle with expertise in overseeing project activities from conceptualisation to execution; including technical specifications, procurement activity, stage inspections, progress monitoring, site management & final handover of Project/Facility to end-user.

- Played a pivotal role in successfully Drafting & Implementing Policies, SOPs & COAs pertaining to overall Project Management such as Procure to Pay (P2P) SOP, CAPEX Procurement, Asset Management, Inventory Management; while co-working with internal stakeholders (Finance, Operations etc.) & external consultants.

Have successfully executed & demonstrated capabilities of cost optimization & quality improvement in numerous projects, working closely with vendors and stake-holders across geographies

Key responsibilities :

- Preparation of detailed Procurement Schedule.

- Budgets Planning & Control.

- Project Management.

- Drafting Policies, Processes & SOPs.

- Opex, CAPEX, Indirect & MRO - Domestic & International Purchase.

- Negotiation, Tenders & Contracts- Sourcing, Evaluation & Vendor Management.

- MIS Reporting

- Assets Management- Audits, Legal/Regulatory Compliances
