Position Name : Digital Media Planner

Job Description :

- Define the media strategy.

- Drive buy-in and ownership of digital media strategy across internal business leaders and function leaders (marketing, finance, audit).

- Plan execution of digital media plans within the fast evolving media landscape.

- Manage relationships with all leading media, technology publishers .

- Manage day to day media management while also leading the process of strategic media planning/execution and budgets.


- Recommend tactical implementation and timing

- Research and implement new techniques and technologies that are relevant to media strategies. Compile third party data sources information

- Explore new media platforms

- Understanding of Pure Players platform functionalities to deliver ROAS on media investment on their platform.


- Ensure that lower funnel conversion assets are included in all key digital campaigns and on all digital engagement assets to drive as appropriate lead acquisitions, conversion, and sales in eComm channels

- Working with the analytics, digital lead & media agencies to continuously optimize for campaign objectives and performance metrics in real time plans

- The incumbent in this role will be responsible for Digital Media planning and experience of execution across TV, Print, Radio, Outdoor would be an added advantage. This will include efficiency, campaign performance, benchmarking rates etc

- Lead the agency teams to drive execution of media for the business category

Must Have :

- Media Planning experience. Must have lead a Media/ Digital Media team in an agency or client organization

- Experience in leading digital media platforms is desirable.

- Understanding of digital media platforms, new developments, best practices being adopted by organizations.

- Gravitas and capability to lead interaction, drive partnerships and alliances with leading media platforms
