General Manager - Digital Marketing - FMCG

Opening - General Manager Digital Marketing with a leading MNC, Bangalore

- The role is responsible for driving digital initiatives for Digital Marketing across teams, handling both creative and brand metric driven KPIs on effectiveness. In addition, will also drive relationships with ecommerce/food delivery players and enable Customer marketing on retail/on-trade led digital outreach.

- Strong business acumen to identify and execute digital campaigns with multiple external partners

- Business development capabilities with strong focus on KPIs and brand metrics

- Ability to work seamlessly with multiple internal stakeholders: media planning team, demand procurement and most importantly, brand teams and regional commercial teams

- 10+ years of Agency experience or Digital Marketing experience in large corporates

- Should have spent 4-5 years in a Team leadership role
