General Manager - Digital Marketing - eCommerce - IIT/IIM/ISB

Looking forward to hiring for the role of GM - Digital marketing for one of our leading ecommerce clients, based out of Bangalore.

The Role:

- Owning and evolving the digital strategy, digital ad spends, consumer persona's and all other touch points in the consumer journey.

- Should be hands on with performance/ search marketing across paid and organic channels.

- Should have the ability to lead a lean team.

- Custodian for the digital marketing team: Working closely with brand, Content, Product, BTL and Ops teams to ensure all activities are on-brand.

- Collaborate with the city teams and the product teams on acquisition & retention - devising effective integrated marketing campaigns and possibly generate insights for sharpening the overall marketing strategy

About you:

- Creative, a high-hustler and should have a get-stuff-done attitude

- Obsession with consumer behaviour

- Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives

- Entrepreneurial bent of mind.

Experience and qualifications:

- 3+ years of digital marketing experience with leading consumer based internet/ ecommerce companies.

- Bachelors/Master's degree from Tier 1 colleges - IIT / BITS / IIM / ISB preferred (MBA not mandatory)
