- Our mission is to design, build and handover scalable digital advertising framework solutions to our external clients and internal delivery teams like QA, operations & training.
- Deep dive into Google Ads accounts to review the performance and partner with delivery, quality & training teams to calibrate on difference around best practices followed. The impact would be measured based on performance KPIs like revenue, conversions uptick
- Analyze the impact of best practices implemented and share impact on client facing metrics/KPI
- Help upskill Quality/Training teams to keep them ahead of curve. Drive certification needs, measure application and execution capabilities
- Review role-skill matrix to come up with new domain related requirements to keep the team future ready
- Interpret the clients- business objectives, anticipate new areas of growth and spearhead the developmental need for teams
- Drive thought leadership initiatives in the digital ads space
