Job Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing - Lay the roadmap of integrated strategic marketing plans across product lines - Understand the brand values and devise the strategic marketing plans for establishing a company as the most trusted brand. Identify &amp; suggest potential product improvement plans - Develop marketing performance strategies and measure ROI Digital Marketing Initiatives - Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to develop unique &amp; creative digital marketing solutions to expedite growth - Develop digital marketing campaigns with quantifiable objectives to measure results - Efficiently guide the execution of marketing initiatives for positive brand building and sales progression - Conceptualize and drive the digital marketing programs to create conversion metric strategies, lead generation &amp; social monitoring catering B2B environments. - Ensure potential increase in the views/subscriptions and usage of the product. Branding: - Defining the brand strategy, brand guidelines and positioning for specific products - Implementing brand guidelines and decisions across all communication - Strategy and execution of our events, pieces of training and conferences Partnering with External Stakeholders: - Collaborate &amp; manage various social media platforms for promoting "company/brand" products &amp; its services. - Maintain the healthy relationship with the clients and vendors to ensure the positive brand presence of "company/brand". Efficiently manage various teams, handling "company/brand" marketing campaigns. - Strategize and execute targeted digital Marketing campaigns - SEM, Social etc. Manage and Optimize digital marketing budgets to deliver positive ROI. - Drive demand generation - inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns - through a mix of digital marketing and inside sales for events and summits. Financial Management: &nbsp;- Responsible for creating efficient and cost-effective Marketing Budget best suited for "company/brand" - Responsible for driving traffic of potential clients through offline &amp; online marketing plans to meet the financial objectives - Drive cost-effective marketing campaigns. - Collaborate with the Sales team to tune-in the marketing plan in line with achieving revenue targets. Ideal Candidate Profile: - Must have a keen sense of B2B brand management. - Must have hands-on experience in Digital Marketing. - Must be result oriented &amp; data driven. - Must have creative, intriguing &amp; impact thinking. - Must be driven by timelines &amp; deliverables in a start-up culture. - Should have proven track record in conceptualizing, planning &amp; executing integrated marketing campaigns. - Must have in-depth experiential knowledge of e-commerce industry especially with the start-ups. - If you have helped a start-up build a brand from scratch it would be an added advantage for this position. - Having worked with a Website based brand will be an added advantage.
