Key Responsibilities:

Process Improvement & Policy Development:

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Develop and enforce robust financial policies and procedures.

- Work on the Company MAL Balance Sheet to ensure accuracy and compliance.

AI & Dashboard Development:

- Utilize AI to create dynamic financial dashboards.

- Develop dashboards for plan vs. actual performance, incentive schemes, dealer and retailer insights, and subsidy MIS.

Incentive Schemes & Pricing Strategy:

- Manage various incentive schemes related to company products and GST.

- Develop and implement value pricing strategies.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Develop and implement advanced financial models and forecasting tools.

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management.
