- Assist Design & Build Division to assess the requirement of external consultants for pre-bid stage/post bid stage of Design & Build Projects

- Assist in selection, negotiations and appointment of design consultants in pre-bid stage/Post bid Stage

- Assist Regional Tender team in technical discussions/negotiations with client during tender process

- Assist Regional Execution team in delivering the project by Managing design Management process

- Preparation of Design Delivery Methodology for Design Build Project

- Technical Co-ordination with Design Sub-consultants / Design Center

- Coordinating with client and obtaining design approval at different design stages i.e. Concept Design stage, Design Development Stage, GFC drawings stages

- Review/certification of Design Consultants invoices for payment

- Carrying out Value Engineering exercises

- Conducting interdisciplinary design coordination with Design Consultants/Design Center

- Receiving and responding design RFI during construction stage with the assistance of Design Consultants/Design Center

- Interacting with client on any design related issues

- Managing the Shop Drawings approval process with Design Consultants/Design Center

- Managing Change Management process

- Managing Design Delivery Schedule as per the project requirement

- Manage, Coordinate and control all meetings in relation to Design/Construction/Shop Drawings of specialist sub-contractors to ensure the overall design requirements are integrated into the project.

- Contract Management related to Design Issues for Design & Build Projects

- Review and monitor the design processes, procedures, Quality Management Plan thus ensuring distribution of all design information and documentation to all concerned.

- Review and recommend the requirement for control samples and coordinate these with design team, execution team and client
