Job Title - GM/DGM Taxation Department - Accounts & Finance Education - CA Experience - 12 to 15 years Reporting to - CFO Purpose of this role: - All direct and indirect taxation compliances of all entities - Develop SOPs, systems and processes for tax compliance across the Group - Timely filing of all income tax and GST returns, TDS, returns - Close open assessments and appeal matters related to Income tax, VAT, service tax and obtain refunds. - Tax planning and optimization. Put in place necessary structure to achieve this - Help in M&A and deal structuring from taxation standpoint both wrt direct and indirect taxation - Coordinate closely with external consultants and liason with key department officials - Lead and manage taxation team within the company Candidate: - Should be a seasoned tax professional - Well versed with Income tax and GST laws and its applicability to Real estate sector - Should have good working knowledge of SAP and systems - Should have good analytical, leadership skills to effectively coordinate all matters internally and externally
