General Manager/Deputy General Manager/Plant Head - Engine Components Segment - Auto Ancillary

- To effectively lead initiatives related to P,Q,C,D,S,M & TPM To ensure that Production/delivery/rejection targets are met.

- Drive Cost reduction & control activities in Plant.

- Technical evaluation of the products

- Product designing, development and calculations,

- Accountability for prototype validation and Cost reduction and estimations

- Responsible for Design, Fabrication, Testing, Erection and Commissioning

- Productivity improvement production

- Responsible for product strategy functions etc.

- Responsible for entire product portfolio and act as a liaison between the R&D and Business Development teams.

- Ensure smooth transition of the product from prototype to bulk production

- Carry out product feasibility and risk analysis for new products.
