GM/DGM/Head - Retail Sales - Electricals/Cable & Wire/Switchgear

1. Develop business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company revenue goals and profitability.

2. Development of proposals, agreements and pitches for prospective Clients

3. Keep regular interaction with key clients for better extraction and expansion.

4. Take part/organize business Events/Exhibitions/B2B meetings to get new business leads.

5. Work closely with the plant to develop sustainable product for market.

6. Develop subordinates to take larger Responsibilities and Roles as per the requirements.

7. Finalization of annual target in consultation with HOD.

8. To build strong brand image in the market by ensuring highest standards of quality in the work executed.

9. Coordination with customers, bank, loan providing agency for sanction of required loans Liaise with government authorities as and when required for the purpose of business development.

Age : Max 45 Years

Experience / Exposure :

1. Prior Work Experience in the Electricals/Cable & Wire/Switchgear Industry/Small Electrical Appliances Only.

2. Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

3. People who have worked in the geography will only be entertained.
