Position- General Manager/ Deputy General Manager - B2C Sales

Responsibilities:

1. Should map potential customers and generate leads

2. Responsible for brand promotion and lead conversions

3. Responsible for post sales services and client relationship management

4. Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners

5. Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly

6. Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness

7. Mentoring and leading the team of the respective regions

8. Leads the development and implement of the go-to-market strategy for our Student business, including end to end activities covering whole sales cycle

9. Develops a framework for evaluating new business opportunities to ensure awareness and buy-in; enhance identification of prospects and ensure robust business case development

10. Engages with team and understand their needs and preferences and provide insights into product and service development

11. Responsible for development and management of partnership network with B2B Team and local sales leaders

12. Consistently provides strong and clear leadership, coaching, mentoring and communication of goals to Test Prep and Solutions team

13. Develops and lead annual sales and expense budget, monitor performance and provide regular reporting to the B2C business head India

14. Responsible for identifying the gaps in different offerings and current trends in the market place to have better market share

Educational Requirements:

1. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or business administration or equivalent

2. Master's degree in sales, marketing or business administration

3. Must have advanced computer knowledge and skills

Experience Requirements:

1. Relevant experience with progressive management experience.

2. Excellent motivational and leadership skills to inspire performance

Additional Job Requirements:

1. Highly motivated, aggressive, strong communication and presentation skills

2. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and challenging environment
