GENERAL MANAGER / DY. GENERAL MANAGER- AUDIT

SAVING POTENTIAL: -INR 60-80 Lacs + Car + Furnished House + Medical + Air passage

NATIONALITY: INDIAN

WORK LOCATION: Oman

Qualification: Chartered Accountants preferably with ICWA

AGE (YRS):-50+ years

Note:

- Head level candidates from large reputed Indian / MNCs / Big4 Audit Firms with multiple locational operations

- Must have job consistency; avoiding frequent job changers

- Must be a CA

- Head level candidates from large reputed Indian / MNC companies preferably with multi locational operations. Senior candidates from Big4 Audit Firms are also preferred The ideal candidate should be currently CFO or Heading Audit / Finance / Corporate Department in a large / reputed organization with international exposure

Experience : 25+ years of experience of which at least 8-10 years in a top management position handling similar responsibilities of a professionally managed large organization. 


- The ideal candidate should be currently CFO or Heading Audit / Finance / Corporate Department in a large / reputed organization with international exposure. Experience in management, operational and application audits required. Exposure to corporate policy making and commercial evaluation of business opportunities / diversification. Candidates should have high levels of initiative, a proactive approach to problem solving and excellent analytical / communication / interpersonal skills.

Job : 


- To be responsible to the top management for ensuring internal & external compliance, monitoring business performance, management audit and MIS. 


- To lead and motivate a team of qualified professionals and actively participate in business decision making through evaluation of financial / commercial / legal aspects. 


- To constantly upgrade systems, evaluate and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of systems & processes, setting up internal controls, risk management and establishing corporate governance process are also part of the job. The incumbent shall closely liaise with the profit centre heads of the Group and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements & internal standards / policies. 


- To be a member of the corporate think tank in important policy decisions spanning all areas of existing activities as well as future diversification.
