Job Title: General Manager - Delivery & Operations

Job Responsibility :

Build company's capability for OD Consulting through the design, development, and delivery of OD Consulting projects. Provide training, coaching, and consulting services to clients worldwide in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Primary Responsibilities:

Capability Development :

- Maximize product and service value by continuously improving internal capability, design and processes related to OD services

- Institutionalize OD related knowledge and skills for internal capability development

- Enable internal team to implement OD projects to fast-track services and deliver quality to the clients

- Plan ad execute pre-sales presentations to clients to showcase internal capability

- Write articles based on industry and market knowledge to drive company's OD services

Team Management :

- Build and lead a team that comprises of trainers, instructional designers, delivery operations executives and marketing content writers

- Conduct timely performance reviews, organize, and structure work, and delegate work

- Managing support staff engaged in onboarding and enabling freelance network of trainers and content writers

TNA, Design & Deliver :

- Engage with customers to undertake training need analysis

- Design, and develop courseware for delivery of training Interventions

- Deliver behavioral training programs for clients globally.

- Conceptualize, develop, and launch new corporate training solutions

- Explore and identify additional client consulting, training, and coaching needs - work on expanding the scope of work for the client based on the client's needs

- Work on a variety of leadership, culture, competency mapping, and organizational effectiveness projects. Engage with clients (especially at the executive level) to interpret and explain their data and to make recommendations on how to use it to improve the effectiveness of their organization

- Analyzing, interpreting, observing, recommending, and planning action based on the results of employee surveys and assessments, including Employee Engagement, 360 Multi-rater Assessments, Psychometric Self-assessments, and other organizational assessments. This includes designing and facilitating Assessment Centers and Development Centers.

Key Skills:

- Good English communication skills both oral and written, including ability to create and deliver impactful presentations

- Research-oriented and an Analytical bent of mind

- Good questioning and probing skills

- Increased and sustained attention to detail in designing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities, organizing, and meeting deadlines

- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well collaborating cross-functionally with teams

- Open to travel to work during on-site projects

Mandatory: experience of working and implementing OD projects related to Competency Mapping, Assessment Centre/Development Centre, Organizational Culture, Leadership Development. Knowledge or familiarity of business procedures, strategies and environments

Qualification:

M.Sc./MA in Business Administration or Psychology with specialization in Organizational Behavior or Organizational Development; or any equivalent qualification with base knowledge of Organizational Development
