General Manager - Dealer Development & Network - Automobile

The incumbent should be an Engineering Graduate preferably with MBA. The incumbent should have hands on experience in Dealer and Network development in an Automobile Company.

Role description:

- Creating a Network Strategy plan to secure adequate dealer footprint for current and future business including investment request and involve feasibility study

- Monitoring and follow up the establishment new dealerships and renovation projects nationwide.

- Ensuring the right sized dealers for current and future business.

- Working closely with the teams on designs and drawings for new build dealers.

- Project management by controlling time, quality and cost as committed.

- Supporting markets and dealers to meet highest levels of customer satisfaction, efficiency and profitability.

- Incorporating facilities standard, interior, signage and tools and ensure that dealers and importers comply with Operating standard, Safety, Environment and Corporate Identity

- Supporting dealers and importers to improve customer satisfaction, efficiency and profitability.

- Responsible for dealer agreement and land/facilities rent contract.
