General Manager - Credit/Mortgage Appraisal

The main responsibility of this person will be to evaluate various project proposals for education and health care verticals.

The person must have experience in Corporate Credit/mortgages appraisal.

The role would include assessing creditworthiness of prospective clients.

- Examining financial transactions and credit history case by case.

The person would also be responsible for operational activities of the institution loans

- Candidate must be willing to travel on business to evaluate various projects based on the project funding guidelines

Skills

- Proven working experience as a credit analyst, project feasibility, project evaluation, corporate finance

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Person must be up to date with legal, compliance and market risk related issues

- Ability to analyze cash flows, leverage, collateral and customer strength.

Qualification - Chartered accountant or MBA from a top tier college
