1. Evaluating and improving Credit and appraisal processes.
2. Policy framing in line with RBI guidelines and banks internal policies.
3. Issuing guidelines for implementation of various policies.
4. Ensuring Timely sanction and disposal of various sanction.
5. Customer visit/understanding their needs.
6. Preparation and Consolidation of MIS, its representation and reporting of the same.
7. Mentoring and grooming Credit Managers, Credit Analyst and Credit Department personnel in order to enrich their skills.
