Job Description : Our client is looking for a Head of Strategy & Planning, based out of Delhi NCR.

Client Details :

Our client is a global brand in the education sector with a diverse product portfolio. Their growth has been enormous in the last decade. To sustain this rate of growth, they are currently looking for a Head - Corporate Strategy and Planning, to be based out of Delhi NCR.

Description :

- Developing and reviewing business plans, identifying new opportunities and providing assistance in formulating a strategic view of the business

- Assessment of demand & supply position in key markets / Trends in prices and appreciation potential in markets of interests / Competitor development

- Co-ordinating with various external agencies to assess market potential, product developments, pricing strategy and mechanisms by location, product and customer as well as competitor related inputs

- Managing due diligence in preparation for negotiation process: create, restructure detailed financial models

- Facilitating the preparation of the annual budgets by the budgeting committee, performing necessary analysis in co-ordination with Finance group

- Developing innovative practices and methodologies to expand / develop business

- Liaise with Heads to collect market related inputs for product conceptualization

- Summarizing and presenting findings along with recommendations to the concept development task force

- Conducting research on industry standards for performance calculations and implement conforming techniques

Profile :

- You have an MBA (Finance) with minimum of 6-7 years of experience

- You have strong analytical skills with experience in presenting to senior stakeholders and production of comprehensive MIS

- You are a mature individual with excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
