- Drive all HR Initiatives in the field
- Lead C&B function in partnership with HR, Finance, Staffing and line management to ensure the development, implementation and management of cost-effective C&B programs / policies designed to support talent management and achievement of business goals at country level
- Support in institutionalizing a strong performance culture
- Work as an HR advisor and support Business leaders on all people related matters
- Undertake different HR benchmarking initiatives for improving efficiency
