Educational Qualification& Experience:  Bachelors degree with an MBA (HR specialization)  Expert understanding of the following:   - Large complex business in a manufacturing industry, along with the ability to manage multiple business entities simultaneously  - Stays abreast with local and international industry practices in HR BP- (L&D, OD, Compensation and benefits, Talent acquisition etc.)  - Expertise in industrial relations, with the ability to manage multiple Units across different geographies  Experience: Approx. 18-20 years- experience including global exposure in HR. Experience in Manufacturing Industry is must.
