General Manager - Corporate Finance & Strategy - Logistics Firm (8-12 yrs)
One of the leading logistics company is looking out for GM Corporate Finance & Strategy
Key Responsibilities:
Capital Management
- Debt Fund raising (fund based and non-fund based debt) for the Company
- Approaching banks, negotiating term-sheets, finalising loan documents, security creation, ensuring disbursements etc.
- Managing lender relationships post disbursement (incl. ensuring compliance with various provisions of loan agreements)
- Managing TRA account
- Periodic treasury operations and bank operations
Corporate Profile management
- Working with the credit rating agencies for securing and updating credit rating (incl. annual reviews)
- Preparing the company for next level of growth/ IPO by constant focus on system improvement
Business Development
- Financial modelling
- Term-sheet preparation/ negotiations,
- Leading in due diligence
- Leading in Tender Bids
- Leading in Commercial Negotiations with Corporate Clients
Budgeting and reporting
- Preparation of annual operating plan
- Preparation of long term business plan
MIS
- Support and lead in preparing MIS on timely basis on various business parameters to all stake holders.
- Improving the reporting and adding value to the business.
- Focus on numbers, variance analysis and management reports for different stakeholders.
- Preparation of Budget v Actual, Investor/Banks Data, Query Resolution to investors/banks.
Professional Experience
- Must have worked on debt raise transactions including diligence, negotiations, documentation, security creation, post disbursement compliances, covenant management, etc.
- Must have experience of coordinating with law firms, technical advisors, security trustee
- Must have experience of interacting with banks for cash management
Key Skills
- Financial modelling
