General Manager - Corporate Finance/Real Estate Finance - BFSI (10-15 yrs)
Job Profile:
- Ensure efficient funding, investment and cost control activities to meet the growth objectives.
- Drive effective tax planning, accounting activities ensuring adherence to organizational guidelines, statutory compliance and the best practices
- Finalize financial funding decisions such as fixing and review of the debt-equity ratio in collaboration.
- Develop a framework for the assessment of various funding options/channels for the organisation
- Review and implement the Business Plans (long-term and short-term); Constantly track and monitor their progress and highlight deviations
- Develop and implement policies on the banking mix to ensure availability of funds for project and organizational requirements
- Drive effective relationship management with Investors and Lenders to ensure cost effective and preferential services.
- End to end experience in directly syndicating loans (viz. senior, mezzanine and structured) from financial institutions.
Desired Profile:
- MBA Finance with 10+ years of experience in corporate finance / real estate finance from Banking / NBFC / Real Estate Developers industry.
- Must have exposure to real estate / construction finance
